Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for topology selection, parameter calculation and control strategy design of motor drive systems;

2. Lead hardware circuit design of motor controllers, including schematic drawing, PCB layout and prototype debugging;

3. Write low-level motor drive code, implement FOC algorithm optimization and functional safety logic development;

4. Responsible for technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle, and assist in resolving technical issues during trial production and mass production.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in power electronics, electrical engineering, automation or related majors with solid theoretical foundation; 3+ years of brushless motor drive design experience; experience in industrial motors, new energy equipment, smart home appliances preferred;

2. Proficient in BLDC working principles and drive control theory, familiar with mainstream algorithms such as FOC and DTC, 3+ years of related project development experience;

3. Proficient in C/C++ programming, master mainstream MCU platforms such as STM32 and ARM, familiar with CAN, SPI, I2C, USART interface development, able to independently complete software programming and debugging;

4. Capable of independent hardware design, proficient in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, able to independently complete drive circuit, power loop and protection circuit design and PCB routing, familiar with power device selection and application;

5. Good cross-department communication and collaboration skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to high-intensity work at project milestones.

Job Responsibilities

1. Complete product control plans, formulate product inspection requirements, prepare inspection instructions and conduct personnel training;

2. Apply appropriate statistical tools for process control; confirm, summarize and analyze daily, weekly or monthly quality data;

3. Judge, analyze and respond to quality issues reported by production lines or customers, and track corrective actions until closure;

4. Quality management scope covers not only in-house and customer-side quality, but also participation in raw material quality issue analysis;

5. Act as the contact window with customers and maintain good relationships;

6. Provide required information in a timely and accurate manner, such as 8D reports, survey data, monthly reports, etc.;

7. Participate in internal quality management activities and continuously seek improvement opportunities for responsible products;

4. Good communication and coordination skills, good document editing skills, strong logical thinking.
